I am able to get my notes to sync perfectly so I think there’s a problem with the iCal integration. I was able to import my calendar events from Entourage 2008 to Outlook 2011, and those events successfully synced with both iCal and my iPhone, but I am not able to get new events created in Outlook to sync.
